We initially worked on this brand from prelaunch. After a while they decided to go in-house for around an 8 month period before coming back. Their in-house team was doing a good job, however, their volume and speed of output didn't scale. They brought us back in to really crank up the volume without compromising quality. We did exactly that and increase their email performance from 25% to 30-40% consistently.

They were in a scaling phase of the brand and was scared to lose momentum. We onboarded them quickly and managed to increase performance first week of onboarding by 21%.
